History
In 1998, Alicia Ault worked for a mortgage company that was thriving. She noticed that loan officers were not calling loan applicants back that they had denied for credit or financial reasons. She watched as applicants would leave the office devastated because they had been denied a home loan, but also lost because no one was able to tell them what they needed to do to be able to qualify. This did not sit well with Alicia so she decided to teach herself how credit works, what causes a home loan denial, and what steps a person do to change a denial into an approval. She then studied and called each person that had been denied to help them turn it around. Alicia did this as a free service for over 2 years. She became so good at credit restoration and money management that she found herself working 70 to 80 hours a week, most of those hours were unpaid. She had helped hundreds of families restore credit and buy a home in those two years. The rewards she felt going home each day knowing she helped changed family’s lives caused her to realize that she wanted this to be her new career, and that is when Platinum Credit NOW was established. She believes that everyone deserves to reach their goals and everyone deserves to know how to do it. Platinum Credit NOW was established because of Alicia’s passion to help people, her extensive knowledge about credit and finances has made her a renowned expert in her field, and her diligence to make sure each person that comes to Platinum Credit NOW is given the tools to manage the credit and finances and reach their overarching goal is what sets Platinum Credit NOW apart from any other credit organization.
